Meet Ambrose Marketing CEO – Lucy Ambrose
Hello!
I am Lucy Ambrose.
I’ve been in marketing for over 15 years. My first business was a tap-dancing school I started and ran while still studying for my Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing. Since then, I’ve started, grown, and sold several highly successful businesses: a web design company, an edible gifts business, and a digital marketing company. In between businesses, I spent time at Statistics NZ running Google Analytics trainings, and at the Department of Education compiling data analytics.
Each one of my business ventures has been extremely successful because of the power of marketing. My edible gifts business, which saw me baking muffins, cakes, and other treats to order at home, grew so fast that within 6 months, we weren’t able to keep up with demand. I franchised that business and eventually sold it, and it is still running today.
Over the past 5+ years, I have built over 100 websites and helped over 70 companies land on the first page of Google search results for over 1000 keywords.
Google is my passion. I am a self confessed Google Nerd who loves seeing my clients on the first page of Google – and reaping in those rewards that come with that!

Passionate
Building websites and an eye for design has been something I developed a passion for back when I was still at school. Instead of hanging out in the playground, I would build websites in the computer room at lunch, and I’d take HTML and other programming courses in the summer holidays.
Experienced
I have now been in marketing for 15 years and a business owner of multiple businesses. I understand the struggles of business owners. I am relateable and have a knack for turning complicated digital marketing terminology into easy to understand words.
Results Driven
I am a huge data geek and google nerd. I love to see results and that’s what gets me up each morning. I work hard, and go over and beyond to make sure my clients are getting RESULTS.
